What are we looking for?

The Solutions Architect is a pivotal role that bridges sales, detailed technical discovery, delivery, and technical innovation within our organization. This position requires a versatile professional who can seamlessly transition between technical consulting for prospects, solution design, and hands-on technical leadership during project implementation. This team member will be a leader on the delivery team, managing developers and collaborating with various functions to enable Anatta to execute against the solution sold, while refining and improving our delivery framework. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UI/UX best practices, broad technical knowledge, and the ability to drive business value through technology solutions.

This role is split approximately 25% towards sales support and 75% towards delivery and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

Sales Support (25-40%)

  • Provide technical expertise during the sales process, including running demos for prospects and clients
  • Solution for enterprise-level client needs including architectural strategy, commercially-available technology solutions, integrations, custom features, etc.
  • Assist in solution engineering, crafting tailored technical proposals that address client needs
  • Support the handoff from sales to operations, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication of project requirements
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and expand client engagements

Technical Leadership and Delivery Support (60-75%)
  • Participate in and guide discovery sessions with the client to support the Business Analyst in ensuring all technical, functional, and business requirements are captured to correctly scope, solution and size the project.
  • Guide development teams in creating elegant, usable, responsive, and interactive interfaces across multiple devices using modern web technologies
  • Oversee and contribute to the technical design and architecture of client projects
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
  • Assist the Managing Director in operating the Implementation business unit through escalations, team assignments, and composition
  • Develop and maintain internal tooling to improve efficiency and quality of deliverables
  • Ensure the quality of work performed, maintain project health, and support clients with strategic technical recommendations
  • Lead code reviews, knowledge transfer sessions, and challenging project tasks
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and eCommerce industry trends, sharing insights with the team and clients.

Project Management and Client Relations
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to prioritize tasks, discuss project-related issues, and provide necessary support
  • Maintain transparent and regular communication with team members, project managers, and clients
  • Present accurate timelines and deadlines to clients, managing expectations and ensuring team alignment

  • Identify opportunities for technical innovation and process improvement across projects and internal operations
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the company's development framework and methodologies
  • Proactively suggest and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and client satisfaction

Requirements

Minimum experience of 5 years. They need to have an advanced skill set as per our requirement, and they must have some experience in leading a team. They need to be skilled with their communication & should be able to teach their fellow teammates/juniors. Must be self-motivated and have an assertive yet professional demeanor, a high technical aptitude, be detail-oriented, and possess strong multitasking skills. The person needs to be passionate about the company & imparting his knowledge to his colleagues. Lastly, they must match the core values set out by the company.

Physical demands requirements

Common office/desk environment that involves long periods of time at a stationary desk with extensive computer work that requires repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.

If this role is filled in the US, the annual salary range is $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 USD and is commensurate to several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to years of experience, skill set / qualifications, and geographical work location considering differences in cost of living, therefore, actual base pay offered may vary.
